Novartis CEO: Confident we are shielded from any further U.S. tariffs

Novartis CEO Vas Narasimhan told CNBC in Davos that he believes the Swiss drugmaker is protected from any additional U.S. tariffs on Europe, citing its U.S. manufacturing footprint, inventory levels, and an existing agreement with the Trump administration. He also warned that Europe risks reaching a crisis point unless it ramps up investment into its own innovation and R&D.
