Tim Walz have received a subpoena in the Justice Department's "deeply concerning" investigation into the two Democratic politicians."This is way more important than just me. This is a very serious matter," Frey told ABC's "This Week." "And this whole investigation, it would ultimately be a product of one of the most basic foundational responsibilities that I have as a mayor, which is to speak on behalf of my constituents."The DOJ launched a probe Friday into Walz and Frey, accusing them of impeding the federal immigration agents occupying Minneapolis. Frey said they will comply if handed a subpoena because "we have done nothing wrong.""There are other countries where you get put away for the things that you say. There are other countries where you get investigated for saying something that runs counter to what the federal government states," the mayor said. "But in this country, it's not that way.
