The 2026 Golden Globes were shaping up to be a big night for “Sinners”… then things went downhill.

While the horror smash took home awards for Best Original Score and Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, it suffered some tough losses in its major nominated categories, including Best Screenplay, Best Director, Best Original Song, Best Male Actor in a Drama (which would’ve been Michael B. Jordan’s first Golden Globe win) and Best Picture - Drama.
