With the holiday season firmly in the rearview mirror, the attention shifts to the 2025 NFL playoffs. For 14 NFL teams, they were gifted a spot in the postseason bracket under the tree. However, like a spoiled child, that won't be enough. The coveted gift is now the Lombardi Trophy, a limited-edition item that only one team gets each year.
Now it's up to the bracketologists to chart the path forward for each of those 14 teams, identifying the directions that a GPS could only dream of knowing.
There is still plenty of time before those bracket-experts are needed for March Madness though, making the NFL's a walk in the park compared to the future mayhem that awaits.
