France has rescheduled this year's Group of 7 summit to avoid overlapping with President Donald Trump's White House UFC event, two sources told Politico Europe.
The White House event is scheduled to take place on June 14, Trump's birthday.
French President Emmanuel Macron's office declined to confirm whether the scheduling change was tied to Trump, calling it "the result of our consultations with G7 partners."
