The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) will conduct a phone-in programme on December 26 from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. The session will be led by Dr. V. Ram Prasad Manohar, Chairman of BWSSB, allowing residents to directly raise concerns and queries.
During the live interaction, citizens can discuss issues related to drinking water supply, sewage overflow, water metering, and billing problems with BWSSB officials.
Residents can call the helpline numbers 080-22945119 and 080-22229639 during the programme. Consumers are advised to keep their R.R. number handy while lodging complaints, the BWSSB said in a release.
