Department of Posts to host ‘Dak Adalat’ for customer feedback

The Department of Posts, Tamil Nadu Postal Circle, will conduct a ‘Dak Adalat’ in the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Mount Road Head Post Office, Anna Salai for the quarter ending December 31.

A press release said customers can send their feedback on how to improve customer service and quality of postal services to E. Sundareswari, assistant director (CS, Inspection and Philately), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, T.N. Circle, Anna Salai, Chennai-600002 on or before December 29. Customers may also mail their feedback to pg.tn@indiapost.gov.in.
