Police departments across the country are arresting the Grinch to stop him from ruining Christmas.
We all know about the Grinch who tried to steal Christmas, but video shows officers across the country arresting him with a warning to all just before the holidays. In the past few weeks alone, the Grinch has been arrested for stealing packages off a porch, stealing presents from an unlocked car and more.
In Aurora, Illinois, police arrested the Grinch at a local mall.
"Just earlier this week, Ofc. Braden Lentini was on a foot patrol at the mall after receiving a report that the Grinch was removing items from Santa’s Christmas Tree," the Aurora Police Department said in a Facebook post.
The Grinch was taken into custody after police gave chase.
