The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) are jointly organising a programme titled Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0, an outreach programme to redress the grievances of the stakeholders of EPFO and ESIC, on December 29, 2025.

The programme will be conducted at G.K. Devarajulu Thayarammal Kalyana Mandapam, Railway Feeder Road, Perianaickenpalayam, Coimbatore 641 020 and at St. Thomas High School, Old Court Road, opposite RDO office, Gudalur, The Nilgiris 643 212.

EPF and ESI members can visit the above two venues with details of their grievances, if any, between 10.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. for redressal. Grievances of individual members or pensioners must be communicated with their UAN no or PF A/C No or PPO No or IP No. Additionally, the grievances related to EPFO can be shared via e-mail at pghs@rocbe@epfindia.gov.in and for ESIC it could be shared with benefitsrkovai@esic.nic.in.

Since, April 2025, through such Nidhi Aapke Nikat, 909 grievances have been resolved to the fullest satisfaction of workers from Coimbatore and the Nilgiris districts through 20 NAN outreach programmes.
