Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.), the chair of the House Armed Services Committee, on Tuesday announced he's planning to wrap up the panel's probe into the Sept. 2 attack that killed two survivors of an earlier strike on a suspected drug-smuggling boat in the Caribbean, less than two weeks after launching that investigation.
