Paramount CEO David Ellison (and son of prominent Trump supporter Larry Ellison) reportedly promised President Donald Trump he would overhaul CNN if his attempt to purchase Warner Bros. Discovery is successful.The prospect of meddling with the prominent cable news network seems to have piqued Trump’s interest.During a Q&A with reporters on Wednesday, Trump said he wants any deal involving CNN’s parent company to require changes at CNN as well.“I don’t think they should be entrusted with running CNN any longer,” said Trump.“I think any deal, it should be guaranteed and certain that CNN is part of it.
