SEOUL, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- South Korea auto parts manufacturer Hyundai Mobis said Tuesday its in-vehicle display technology has won a CES Innovation Award for the 2026 edition of the annual trade show.
The Seoul-based company said that it would showcase more than 30 next-generation convergence technologies, including a holographic display, during the CES 2026 from Jan. 6 to 9 in Las Vegas.
Hyundai Mobis, an affiliate of Korea's Hyundai Motor, noted that the holographic technology was geared toward transforming the vehicle's front windshield into a transparent display.
To develop the award-winning technology, Hyundai Mobis teamed up with German optical powerhouse Zeiss.
