Due to pre/non-interlocking works and non-interlocking works for commissioning of third line works in the Rajatgarh- Joranda road section of the East Coast Railway the following trains will run in the diverted route via Vizianagaram – Rayagada – Titlagarh instead of via Khurda road.
Train no. 20807 Visakhapatnam – Amritsar Hirakud Express, leaving Visakhapatnam on December 12, 13 and 16 will run in the diverted route.
Train no. 20808 Amritsar – Visakhapatnam Hirakud express leaving Amritsar December 10, 13, 14 and 17 will run in diverted route. Train no. 18117 Rourkela - Gunupur Rajyarani Express leaving Rourkela on December 12 and 19 will run in diverted route. Train no. 18118 Gunupur – Rourkela Rajyarani express, leaving Gunupur from December 12 to 20 will run in diverted route.
Similarly, due to safety related modernisation works in Khurda Road division in Khurda- Palasa section, the following train services will be regulated, said K. Pavan Kumar, senior divisional commercial manager of Waltair. Train No. 58532 Visakhapatnam- Brahmapur Passenger, leaving Visakhapatnam on December 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 28th, 29th and 30th will be short terminated at Palasa.
