The upcoming Telangana Rising 2047 Global Summit will play a crucial role in transforming the State into a $1 trillion economy by 2034, Congress Parliamentary party leader Sonia Gandhi said in a message sent on Friday.
She expressed happiness over the TG government’s plan to hold the summit on December 8 and 9 and congratulated Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for taking the initiative to position Telangana on the global investment map.
She said that the summit would serve as a significant platform for all stakeholders involved in key developmental projects and strategies that shape the State’s growth trajectory.
“Telangana is progressing with a three-tier strategy that gives equal importance to urban, semi-urban, and rural-agricultural development,” she said and highlighted the State’s strengths. “Telangana’s human resources, natural resources, entrepreneurial abilities, international talent pool and advancing technological capabilities, will get momentum through the summit.
