Dec. 5 (UPI) -- 100 Nights of Hero opens in theaters Friday, bringing to life the Isabel Greenberg graphic novel.
The "fairy tale romance" film stars Maika Monroe and Emma Corrin as the noblewoman Cherry and her maid Hero, who must "fend off a dangerously seductive visitor," Manfred (Nicolas Galitzine), as Cherry's "neglectful husband' is away.
The movie is directed by Julia Jackman and also stars Amir El-Masry, Charli xcx, Richard E. Grant and Felicity Jones.
"Making this film has been a longtime dream, ever since I first picked up Isabel Greenberg's gorgeous graphic novel years ago," Jackman said.
