Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday exposed the hypocrisy of conservatives rushing to defend Donald Trump after the president appeared to nod off during a Cabinet meeting.Kimmel noted that Trump allies immediately jumped in to attempt to change the narrative on “Sleepy Donzales” after his “little siesta,” forcing “the Donald Trump Admiration And Ball-Gobbling Society” into overdrive to spin the doze as “fake snooze.”The host played a montage of conservatives doing just that.He then aired a supercut of people on the political right ― including Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and Jesse Watters, Trump scion Eric Trump and even Trump himself — chiding former President Joe Biden for appearing to drift off at a public event.“Wait a minute,” Kimmel said afterward. “It’s almost like these people are hypocrites.”Watch the segment here:Close
