NEW DELHI, December 4. /TASS/. The proposals on a Ukrainian settlement brought by American envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are based on agreements reached during the Russia-US summit in Alaska, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted in an interview with India Today.
He also noted that Washington proposed breaking a 28-point peace plan drafted by the United States into four separate packages and discussing them that way.
