Paramount Skydance, the corporate entity that recently acquired CBS parent company Paramount Global, is bidding to snap up Warner Bros. Discovery as well — backed by the sovereign wealth funds of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Abu Dhabi, according to Variety.
Netflix and Comcast are also bidding for the media company.
