With conference championships soon to be played out throughout college football, that means it's final for the penultimate College Football Playoff rankings.

That ranking is set for 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

Heading into the fifth unveiling of the CFP top 25 rankings, some of the biggest questions going into it are what type of drop Texas A&M will take following its loss to Texas and what the No. 3 through No. 5 seeds will look like. In USA TODAY Sports' latest CFP projections, which were predicted in real-time as Week 14 scores became finalized, the Aggies dropped to No. 7 with Georgia and Texas Tech taking over the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds.
