Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills and Himayathnagar feature in Main Streets Across the World 2025 rankings, London’s Bond Street secures top slot

Two of Hyderabad’s prominent shopping corridors have entered the Asia–Pacific (APAC) rankings of the ‘Main Streets Across the World 2025’ report, reflecting the city’s rising profile in the region’s retail landscape. The latest edition of the survey, published by Cushman and Wakefield, lists Banjara Hills and Himayathnagar among 51 key retail destinations across the APAC region, placing the city in the same bracket as Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Delhi.

This report focuses on headline rents in best-in-class urban locations across the world, which, in many cases, are linked to the luxury sector.
