Disney’s “Zootopia 2” dominated the domestic box office over Thanksgiving weekend, grossing $156 million according to early estimates reported by the Hollywood trade publications, to become the second-biggest Thanksgiving opening of all time.

“Zootopia 2” grossed $156 million over the five-day Thanksgiving weekend across 4,000 theaters in North America, including an estimated $96.8 million from Friday through Sunday,

The Disney animated film became the second-biggest Thanksgiving weekend opening of all time, behind only “Moana 2,” which grossed $225 million over 2024’s Thanksgiving, also for Disney.
