Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Oregon, Michigan and Miami were among the risers in the latest edition of the College Football Playoff rankings, the selection committee announced.
The Top 5 of the fourth rankings, released Tuesday, remain unchanged -- the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes (11-0), No. 2 Indiana Hoosiers (11-0), No. 3 Texas A&M Aggies (11-0), No. 4 Georgia Bulldogs (10-1) and No. 5 Texas Tech Red Raiders (10-1).
The Buckeyes trounced Rutgers to remain undefeated. The Hoosiers were inactive. The Aggies crushed Samford 48-0 to remain the only other undefeated team in the rankings. The Bulldogs bludgeoned Charlotte, while the Red Raiders were inactive.
The No. 6 Oregon Ducks (10-1), who beat the USC Trojans, swapped spots with the No. 7 Ole Miss Rebels (10-1), who were inactive. The loss dropped the Trojans (8-3) from No. 15 to 17.
The No. 8 Oklahoma Sooners (8-2), No. 9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (8-2), No. 10 Alabama Crimson Tide (8-2) and No. 11 BYU Cougars (9-1) held onto their spots in the rankings.
