President Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday (November 25, 2025) received credentials from envoys of five nations at a ceremony held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.

The enovys who presented their credentials were Hadi Jaber, Ambassador of Lebanon; Sheilabai Bappoo, High Commissioner of Mauritius, and Abdoulaye Barro, Ambassador of Senegal, a statement from the President's office said.

Haytham Hassan Al-Malki, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, and Prof Kwasi Obiri-Danso, Ambassador of Ghana also presented their credentials to President Murmu, it said.

The presentation of credentials refers to a formal diplomatic process where new envoys or representatives of a state present their official documents to a host state to establish their legitimacy and authority.
