U.S. Treasury yields nudged higher on Thursday as investors awaited the delayed jobs report which is expected to offer key insights into the health of the U.S. economy.

At 6 a.m. ET, the 10-year Treasury

yield was up 1 basis point to 4.141%. The 2-year note yield was also up 1 basis point at 3.612%. The 30-year bond yield held steady around 4.755%.

One basis point equals 0.01% and yields and prices move in opposite directions.
