The video above is me doing my darndest to find something this cookwear can't do by caramelizing heavy cream aaand guess what? It was flawless! These refuse to let anything stick to them or gunk them up. I use them heavily, every single day, and they continue to outdo themselves. Also, the storage system deserves its own highlight. I have nearly no counter space and these pans aren't small, but the clever cubby/hanging canvas pot holder make it possible to tuck this entire set into a teeny tiny corner beside my stove. I'm not a good enough person to deserve this kitchen set. I really, really recommend it.
