Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., plans to make a resolution to censure Rep. Cory Mills, R-Fla., and to kick him off of committees, sources say.

Sources have told Axios, The Hill and Fox News about Mace's resolution, which would be privileged, meaning it would force Republican leadership to act within two legislative days. The censure would kick him off the Armed Services and Foreign Affairs committees, Axios reported.

Mills had faced censure before for stolen valor, but the measure was never passed.

He has also been given a restraining order in Florida to stay away from a previous girlfriend. The woman accused him of harassing and threatening to blackmail her with revenge porn and physical violence against anyone she dated. Mills denied some of the accusations.
