New data from GMAC shows that the demand for AI-skilled graduates has jumped from26% to 31% in just one year, while Lightcast’s analysts say that according to their research, AI skills can make your salary jump by as much as 28% (job postings listing AI skills generally paid 28% more than their counterparts).
So I decided to find out for myself what the hype is about and complete an AI certification on Coursera to see whether the impact was real.
Here’s what I discovered and how it changed my career as a result.
