Raj Bhawan, Kolkata on Tuesday (November 18, 2025) filed a police compliant against Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee for remarks that arms were distributed from Governor House.
“Raj Bhavan has filed complaint against MP alleging commission of offences punishable under section 151, 152, 197, 196 ((1) a and b ,Section 353 (1) b and c and section 353 (2) of BNS 2023,” an official of Raj Bhawan said.
