The TTD Trust Board, which met on Tuesday under the chairmanship of B.R. Naidu, discussed at length the controversial Parakamani scam, its widening contours, complex twists, and decided to adopt a fresh approach into the entire episode and also unravel the conspiracy behind the compromise reached in the Lok Adalat Court in Tirupati.

The board also felt that the scope of the earlier complaint lodged by then Assistant Vigilance and Security Officer (AVSO) Satish Kumr, who died under mysterious circumstances recently, was very limited, leaving a lot of questions unanswered and unresolved.

In an exhaustive press release, the board felt that immediate steps should be taken to nullify what it believed was the collusive Lok Adalat award dated September 9, 2023, on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati.

It also resolved to file a fresh complaint to unravel more such thefts and misappropriations that might have been either committed or swept under the carpet by the persons at the helm in the past.

This decision had been taken alongside the sub judice original complaint and consciously structured to avoid double jeopardy, the release noted.
