LUGANSK, November 18. /TASS/. Thirteen people were killed and 71 others wounded in Ukrainian strikes on Russian regions between November 10 and November 16, Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador at large, Rodion Miroshnik, told TASS.

"According to data collected and verified by the office of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador-at-large for the crimes of the Kiev regime, in the week of November 10, shelling by Ukrainian Nazis affected 71 civilians. Of them, 58 people were injured and 13 others, including a child, were killed," he specified.

Last week, the list of crimes committed by Ukrainian militants grew to include a heinous deliberate murder of a priest and his wife and a family of church goers with a child in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), an attack on Russian Emergencies Ministry rescuers, strikes targeting residential neighborhoods in Russian cities, infliction of grave injuries on dozens of civilians, and yet another attempt at a drone attack on the Novovoronezhskaya Nuclear Power Plant, Miroshnik reported. According to him, "seven civilians, including a priest and an eight-year-old child, were killed in targeted drone and mortar attacks as they attempted to evacuate to the Russian side near Konstantinovka (in the DPR)," he said.
