Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment announced Monday that Ted Lasso is coming to 4K UHD on Dec. 2. A previous release date of Nov. 11 was postponed.
Ted Lasso: The Richmond Way includes the first three seasons of the show, which began filming a fourth season in Kansas City, Mo., in July.
Jason Sudeikis stars as Ted, an American football coach hired to coach the AFC Richmond soccer team. Sudeikis co-created the Apple TV+ series with Brendan Hunt, Joe Kelly and Bill Lawrence.
Hunt also plays Ted's assistant coach Beard. Brett Goldstein, who plays Richmond veteran Roy Kent, also became a writer on the show.
In England, Ted worked for Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham), who took over from her ex-husband (Anthony Head). Juno Temple played PR consultant Keeley.
