A streak will end when the New York Jets take on the visiting New England Patriots on "Thursday Night Football."
The Jets enter the divisional matchup with their sights set on a much more modest streak of three games in a row. After a horrific start to the 2025 season, "Gang Green" has found itself in the win column in its last two appearances, victories against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8 and the Cleveland Browns in Week 10.
They aren't facing the state of Ohio in Week 11, but rather the red-hot Patriots, who enter the matchup winners of their last seven games. New England is off to the races in the AFC East thanks to the meteoric rise of quarterback Drake Maye, who has looked every bit the part of franchise passer this season.
Maye has thrown 19 touchdowns to just five interceptions as he gets set for his matchup against the Jets on Thursday night. He'll also look for his first full night of action vs. the Jets: He entered in mop-up duty in his first appearance vs. New York in his rookie season, while his second ended in a concussion.
That means Maye has his next, best and biggest opportunity to secure his first win vs. the Jets – unless New York finds its winning ways once again.
