RIYADH: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Saturday delivered a new batch of food aid to the eastern Deir El-Balah area in central Gaza, as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing campaign to support the Palestinian people.

The delivery was made through the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, continuing Saudi Arabia’s extensive humanitarian operations in the Gaza Strip, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

KSrelief’s efforts include the establishment of an air and sea bridge, through which 71 planes and eight ships have so far transported more than 7,655 tons of food, medical supplies, and shelter materials.

The center has also provided 20 ambulances to the Palestine Red Crescent Society.

In addition, KSrelief signed agreements worth $90.35 million with international organizations to implement a series of relief projects in Gaza.
