Kimberly-Clark is buying Kenvue, the maker of Tylenol, in a deal worth more than $48 billion, the companies announced on Nov. 3.

“We are excited to bring together two iconic companies to create a global health and wellness leader,”said Mike Hsu, chairman and CEO of Kimberly-Clark, in a press release.

Kenvue, which is known for making Tylenol and brands like Band-Aid, Zyrtec and Benadryl, has faced months of tumult after President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have asserted that Tylenol may be linked to autism. The deal also comes after Kenvue ousted its CEO in July.

Kimberly-Clark is known for its consumer goods brands including Kleenex tissues, Cottonelle toilet paper and Huggies diapers.
