Rosie O'Donnell is asking for support as her troubled daughter, Chelsea O'Donnell, faces prison time.
The former talk show host shared a photo of her 28-year-old daughter when she was a child, years before she grappled with drug addiction.
"my child chelsea belle - before addiction took over her life - i loved her then i love her now as she faces a scary future- prayers welcomed - #addiction awareness," Rosie wrote in the post's caption.
Chelsea's prison sentence comes after her probation was revoked on Oct. 22, according to reports from People and Entertainment Weekly. USA TODAY has reached out to Rosie's representatives for comment, as well as an attorney for her daughter.
The famous comedian's daughter was booked into jail in Marinette County, Wisconsin, on Nov. 18 after her third arrest in the span of three months, according to jail records viewed by USA TODAY.
