Edna and Keith Schofield, both 93, celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary by having a second “wedding” at their home in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

The couple’s family hosted the intimate renewal ceremony. Edna walked down a homemade aisle to Keith, who waited in the living room. Surrounded by their children and grandchildren — Philippa, Paul, Ellie, Hanna, Harry, Sam and Katie — the pair expressed their love for one another from the comfort of their armchairs, marking seven decades of enduring marriage.
