A Level-III fire broke out on Thursday morning (October 23, 2025) at the JNS Business Center, a ground-plus-13-storey glass façade commercial building, located on S.V. Road near Gandhi School in Behrampada, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai. The incident was first reported at around 10:51 a.m. and was initially classified as a Level-II fire.
According to officials from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC) Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the incident was first reported at 10:51 a.m., and within minutes, the fire escalated from Level-I at 10:46 a.m. to Level-II at 10:48 a.m., and then to Level-III at 10:54 a.m.
