As the energy transition era unfolds, the world’s energy future is electric, according to Olivier Blum, chief executive officer of Schneider Electric (EPA: SU), one of the world’s largest energy management and industrial automation companies.
Speaking at his company’s Innovation Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark on Wednesday, Blum said: "It is our absolute conviction that electrical energy is the most efficient form of energy in the energy transition era. This transition is happening at homes, industries and businesses - we’re all living through a time of profound change.
“The changes we're witnessing, across both climate and technology, aren't just challenges. They're signals that our industry must evolve.”
