In a major boost to Andhra Pradesh’s digital infrastructure ambitions, the State Government has approved a ₹22,002-crore incentive package and the allotment of 480 acres of land to Raiden Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. for establishing AI-enabled data centres worth ₹87,520 crore across Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli districts.

The approval, issued through GO No. 40 of the Information Technology, Electronics and Communication (IT, E&C) Department, follows the recommendations of the State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) and the Council of Ministers.

The project envisages developing over 1,000 MW of advanced data centre capacity, expected to generate substantial direct and indirect employment and propel Andhra Pradesh’s positioning as a leading destination for AI and digital innovation.
