Oct. 17 (UPI) -- A trio of goats that escaped from a farm three months ago have become local celebrities in Connecticut and can often be seen grazing near the highway.
Clinton residents said the three goats escaped from a farm in July and have since been seen grazing on private and state-owned fields near Interstate 95.
Animal rescuer Sylwia Rosinska said the goats have proven difficult to capture.
"They seem to be living their best life," Rosinska told FOX61 News. "But I do worry that one day they'll be an accident, and I think that's what we are all wondering."
The goats have developed a devoted fan-following among local residents, who have been sharing photos and reporting sightings in a Clinton Roaming Goats group on Facebook.
