As the world continues to grieve Liam Payne a year after his death, his girlfriend Kate Cassidy is also sharing her grief with a touching tribute.
"Today marks a full year without you here," Cassidy wrote on Instagram Thursday, Oct. 16, alongside a black-and-white photo showing Payne kissing her cheek. "I will forever hate goodbyes. I miss you Liam."
She also posted another picture that Payne took on her Instagram story of the pair lying down in the snow with Cassidy holding him.
Payne died on Oct. 16, 2024, at age 31 after falling from a hotel balcony with traces of alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant found in his system.
Cassidy, an influencer, and Payne went public with their relationship in 2022 when Cassidy posted a photo of the pair at the British Fashion Awards in December of that year, showing him looking at her with a smitten smile.
