Philadelphia resident Keon King, 21, has been charged with kidnapping 23-year-old Kada Scott, who remains missing.
Oct. 15 (UPI) -- A Philadelphia man has been charged with kidnapping 23-year-old Kada Scott, who remains missing.
On Wednesday, authorities announced that Keon King, 21, surrendered to Philadelphia police Tuesday and was accused in Scott's alleged kidnapping.
Scott disappeared October 4 and has not been seen since.
She had been working an overnight shift at the Terrace, Pa., nursing facility on East Abington Avenue.
