It seems someone took the “Teenage Dream” lyric, “I’ma get your heart racing in my skin-tight jeans,” a little too seriously.
Over the weekend, the Daily Mail and People obtained and published photos of Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau making out on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, California.
HuffPost has reached out to both Perry and Trudeau for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.
Regardless, a quick gander at the photos makes it clear that baby, there are fireworks between the two. So much so that in one photo, the politician can be seen grabbing the pop star’s butt.
And although the pairing is seemingly random — with one X user summing it up for everyone by saying a romance between the two “wasn’t on my 2025 bingo card” — there’s one aspect of the photos that makes the whole thing even weirder.
