Since first testing the Nolah Evolution 15-Inch Mattress a few years ago, it’s stayed in my mind as one of the better hybrids from an online mattress company. At the time I first reviewed it, it came in only one firmness, a medium feel, but now it’s available in three levels plus an option for plus-size sleepers. During my testing, I tracked everything from edge support to motion transfer to cooling.
