German delegation visits KLU, explores collaboration in education and research

The Consul General of Germany in Chennai, Michael Hasper, and Honorary Consul of Germany in Hyderabad, Amita Desai, on Tuesday visited KL Deemed University and held extensive discussions on possible collaborations in education and research.Later, they met Vice-Chancellor G. Pardha Saradhi Varma, pro-vice chancellors A.V.S. Prasad, K. Rajasekhara Rao and N. Venkata Ram, dean of International Relations M. Kishore Babu, director of International Relations Vijay Maruthi, and head of the Department of Foreign Languages Zamindar.After the discussions, the Consul General toured the campus facilities and said he was particularly impressed to see that hundreds of students at the university were being trained in German language.
