This is the dramatic moment a surfer who was swept to sea after being caught in a powerful rip current is rescued by volunteers of Porthcawl RNLI rescue.Ben Fraser, 30, was surfing in the Bristol Channel when he found himself caught in the tide and being pulled toward the rocky cliffs of Hutchwns Point. Luckily, he spotted a local walking a dog on coastal path and signalled for help.Click above to watch the video in full.
