Launching a drive against adulterated food items, Health Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh on Sunday said that the government is fully committed to the safety of people of Delhi. His remark came days after nearly 400 people were hospitalised after consuming contaminated “kuttu ka atta” (buckwheat flour).

Many patients were taken to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital due to food poisoning and presented with symptoms like nausea, weakness, low blood pressure and vomiting multiple times.
