On Tuesday, two Israeli teenagers were wounded in a ramming attack at the Al-Khader junction in the West Bank near Jerusalem. After running over the two, the attacker exited the car, wielding a knife, and was subsequently shot by civilians. The perpetrator, 32-year-old Mahdi Diriyah, hailed from the nearby West Bank village of al-Fajr.
