Israeli settlers raided a Palestinian community in the central West Bank, near the city of Nablus, for the second time on Saturday, and sprayed pepper spray in the face of a human rights activist who was there.
After the activist went to the local police station in Benjamin to file a complaint, he was told that "there is no investigator at the station."
Earlier, Israeli human rights activists were attacked by settlers who stormed the community near the village of Duma, according to eyewitnesses. Two were lightly injured. Moshe, an American human rights activist who was present during the incident, said the settlers broke through the fence surrounding the community's homes and testified that he was beaten by them.
