A new metro train set has arrived at the Hebbagodi Depot, which is expected to help reduce train intervals on the Yellow Line to around 15 minutes, according to the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL).The fifth train set reached the depot on September 30. BMRCL Managing Director J. Ravishankar, along with senior officials and directors, inspected the train set on Friday.The BMRCL stated that the train will undergo testing and service trials before being introduced for passenger use.Dr. Ravishankar directed officials to expedite the process to address the increase in the number of passengers and improve the operations.
